NUTRITIONAL VALUES OF GİRESUN HAZELNUT
           Tombul (Round) hazelnut grown in Giresun province of Turkey (in the region between Beşikdüzü and Piraziz districts) contains unsaturated fatty acids, phytochemicals, fiber and vitamins E as well as minerals, vitamins, dietary fiber, amino acids and active flavor compounds (free amino acids, sugars and organic acids) is a good source for health and nutrition.r.
           Natural (unprocessed) hazelnuts, which have many benefits from heart attack to balancing blood sugar, provide 100 percent of the energy needed by the body when a handful is consumed a day. In addition, natural hazelnuts are very beneficial for the skin and digestion.
